We didn't expect the class of service and attentiveness of every staff member in the hotel.
I have dietary requirements and Above and Beyond club lounge staff were very attentive to my needs. The staff in Above and Beyond club lounge were exceptional in service and always willing to help our family whenever required.
The noise until 10pm for 3 days coming from the room next door where they were banging to fix a problem in the room.
