Facilities are slightly dated - needed some adjustment to our shower head and toilet. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful with the issue and resolved it well.

It was wonderful in every way.
All the staff were exceptional. Sebastian Schoner was so helpful in helping make dinner reservations and helping us plan a day trip to Salzburg. Manfred was delightful. We enjoyed his tour of the hotel.

The concierge and front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Having champagne, chocolates and fruit in our room on my birthday was a wonderful surprise.
Being challenged regarding a reservation when entering the bar was a little off putting. As hotel guests I didnt feel that was necessary.
