Disappointing

Terrible front desk service, room decor is run down and I was very disappointed with the app around atmosphere compared

Superb

We were in San Francisco on a very sad occasion. The hotel was a peaceful place to come back to.

The room was very spacious and we didn't feel cramped. The hotel is close to our family's home and it keeps us out of downtown. We hope to eat at the restaurant on the property on our next visit which will be Christmas weekend.
