Superb

Great revamped property, staff and amenities. Will definitely consider staying her again.

Close to both Union Square and Ferry Building for NYE festivities.

Parking was expensive.

Overall pleasant

Very centrally located. Rooms were clean, albeit a bit small for a family of 4. Hotel staff were helpful. We switched to the suite (at a reasonable price charge), which was much better. A cafe is located directly next to the hotel for basic breakfast (coffee, croissants etc). The hotel also offers coffee and tea (for free) in the mornings, and wine/martinis (also free) in the evening!

Beds (queen) were a bit small, but comfortable. Rooms were on the expensive side, but apparently San Francisco was very busy during the period we stayed.

Nice area, good spot for parents.

Location was good, can walk safely to many bars, restaurants. The lobby was beautiful.

Dark rooms. Was given a very dark room with view facing other side of building. The staff had a very hard time understand simple instructions like 2 rooms under one reservation paying for their own. Definitely older hotel, and older guests. It was okay for a night.
