Accommodation is consistently pleasant throughout the entire stay

Location - it is conveniently situated near cafes, cable car stops, shopping areas. Room - spacious and clean. Staff - most of them are friendly

Very good

Room was super comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed (except a bottle opener). Wifi excellent. View from window no complaints. Only thing to make it a little better would be to have a stocked mini bar rather than an empty fridge.

Very good position, comfortable room, great having 2hrs free bikes and one cable car free ticket

They blocked on my card much more than I spent for the room and after 10 days I came back from my travel the card is still blocked with evident difficulties since I cannot use my card, this is simply unacceptable!
