Great hotel
The room was very nice, comfortable, and cozy. Great location, with easy access to the Bay Bridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I just received a credit card statement which includes a billing that looks almost half again as much as I believed I would be paying... Up to this point I never saw this number. Now I must re- examine the ' deal' I thought I was getting..

It was a nice walk to pier 14
I asked for a city view and didnt get that, they changed my rooms and it still wasnt a city view so I just didnt want to ask for a city view anymore. The floor they gave us had wet paint so it smelled like paint.

I will return to this place again, indeed. Brilliant experience.
Location is brilliant, free bicycle available at the lobby, free wine complimentary every day at the lobby, free available fitness facilities with 25 yards swimming pool. Staff was polite and respectful, free car parking lots.

Overall Excellent but with a couple of small snags
Location is superb
Very limited dining facilities and Breakfast for the price is very limited - it was all gone on one day of our visit despite being in time which was a poor start to the day and a disappointment.

Room with a bay bridge view made our stay very special and unforgettable!
Location was phenomenal! So accessible and our room looked over the beautiful bay bridge. It was pretty special when all light up at night.
