Parking options. pay for Valet or take your chances with safety and security in outside lots. Parking should be included or at least cheaper than they currently are for guests.

Great stay, and excellent location down the street from pier 39

Price was good, place was very clean and comfortable, parking on site and reasonable priced, on site restaurant was excellent!

Location is very good

Restricted food and beverage options. On site restaurant menu little limited. Room service was stated as bring available but when I asked for I I was told pick up only! Nowhere to get a hot drink after 10am. Perhaps look at providing that option throughout the day....or in the afternoon when guests come back from trips. Perhaps a vending machine for snacks?
