    The hotel is very central, in the heart of the shops and restaurants
    The breakfast was average with poor choices of sweets , especially for Sweden which is famous for cakes and sweets (fika) . The room havent been cleaned properly, we found a lot of hairs on the bedsheets and on towels .

    The hotel was expensive but it was beautiful and with a buzzing atmosphere.
    The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We requested extra pillows and these arrived promptly. The breakfast was good.
    We ate dinner in the restaurant and while the entries were excellent, the steak was chewy and the bearnaise sauce disappointing, but the fries were good. We were disappointed with the gym which was small and not well equipped.

    Great central, but noisy location. Good breakfast.
    The hotel wasn't accessible for the wheelchair. Shower didn't work properly. The price for the service was too big.

    Rooms are very small, but prices are quite high, room seems to be very suffocating, they charged me 2000 SEK with such small a room, NO toothpaste/brush available in the room, we had to buy from outside. Breakfast also very poor, the taste of scramble egg & sausage are horrible. Reached hotel at 11 AM but could not check in and had to wait on the ground floor until 3 PM , however had to Vacate the room by 11 AM next day this means we are paying huge money not for whole 1 Day but for few hours only (3 PM to 11 AM) which is a not right approach I think
