I distinctly booked rooms with a balcony and next to each other, we had the rooms next to each other, but no balcony. We had to wait until the next day to find out and then had to wait until later in the morning, we wanted to go out for the day, the lady did eventually let us put our luggage in the lock up room and unpack again in the evening when we came back. No tables on the balcony, I was told there werent any as so many out around the pool. Most hotels need more shelving in the bathroom abroad, this one was the same .
There were many black clients, and Im not racists, the older folks were fine, but some of the families were really so loud, I had to knock my bedroom wall a number of times but it didnt make any difference, and I didnt like to report it. Also the man on the desk at night had to go out and tell the children not to climb on the statue at the end of the pool, parents didnt bother and the children went back anyway. Also they were running around the corridors especially by my bedroom and the noise was well after 1.30am. I actually heard a black couple or the man at least say he wanted a refund but I dont know what that was about.
Evening meals three course were good value, we used it twice, but although the fish okay, the meat wasnt much choice for those two nights, ate out afterwards. The salads were really nice, desserts not too bad and the selection of fruit was good.
