    Good big and old hotel.
    The view was amazing, especially in the morning during sunrise. Big rooms, jacuzzi, balcony, 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variations, especially for kids. But it was crowded in the morning and the coffee was terrible. It's a really good Italian restaurant in the hotel territory. Close to the Lora part.
    Common problems with towels. After the clearing, there were usually only 1-2 towels for 4 of us, and I had to ask for them at the reception. And there is nothing in the room. The weather in the area was rainy and we didn't even try swimming pools. One of the reasons why we stayed in this hotel was a Halloween program for the kids - but was terrible and we had the same program every day.

    Great experience
    I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a wide selection of local delicacies. The location of the hotel turned out to be perfect close to the center, yet in a peaceful area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

    Winter sun - winter shade!
    The staff were all very helpful and kind. They welcomed us and we're happy to help. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - this proved excellent value for money! Our room was spacious and clean. Shower and jacuzzi were well used!
    The imposing building unfortunately cast a shadow over the family pool - and because of the lower winter sun, and the fact that our boys were under 14, we couldn't use the sunny pool! The gym was very small and had a broken machine - the free weights only went up to 10kg! The location (top of a volcanic mound - excellent views!) was away from the beach and town centre, but we knew this and had a hire car which we made daily use of!

    Location and view were amazing. Big rooms and very cleaned. Nice animations for kids. Very good value for money. We really liked the Italian restaurant bistro close to the pool
    Evening buffet, quality too low for the price ( ca 20 euro for meal). Pool could be wormer in winter time, specially the adults one

    Nice place far away from resorts in the south with value for money
    The apartment is spacious - our apartment has a big balcony, living room and bedrooms. We love the view of the mountains including Mt Teide. The hotel stands at the top of a hill with good views over the areas. It has good facilities and free parking. There are supermarkets and a gas station not far away.
    The wifi is as weak as many other reviews have described. Many staff member do not speak English, but this is not uncommon at places in Tenerife. At one night, the conference room hosted an event, and there were groups of people gathered in the external space chatting, laughing very loudly after mid-night and even 3 am, awaking us from sleep! The soundproofing of the windows, door, and the walls needs improvement. The distance from the south is one hour by car, not to mention traffic jams - if you have many activities in the south, then you need to consider the amount of time on the road.

    nice hotel in a less touristic area
    its a big hotel with 2 outdoor pools, gym, tennis court with breakfast buffet and lots of parking. it was a big mountain and quiet at night
    we had a room on the ground floor with a big outside area but unfortunately no sun at all. we could smell some neighbours smoking through the bathroom ventilation. we had a kitchen but no kitchen supplies at all, only some glasses. at least a water cooker for some tea would have been nice
