    The hall. Employees were friendly. Breakfast included
    Check-out at 11am. Dogs are allowed. They were everywhere. At breakfast, on the sofas, in the elevator.. everywhere!! Bathtub almost required a ladder to be able to get in.

    Delightful Hotel - elegant, friendly staff, interesting decor and dog friendly.
    Located near Porta Nuova and an easy (about 15 mins?) walk into the old town of Verona along Via Corso Porta Nuova. A good 4 star hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. We actually ate in the hotel restaurant for the two nights and the food was very tasty, good value and nice served in very pleasant surroundings. The public areas are very attractive with all sorts of interesting theatrical style of displays. It was a dog friendly hotel too, with a separate cosy lounge area where dogs where welcome, there weren't many dogs, but the couple I saw certainly cheered me up with their waggy tales and smiling faces.     Calm, restaurant, situation.
    Dust under the bed. Spa not working though it was said working on booking.com. Extra cost at the arrival coz we booked a single room with a twin bed that was supposed to be a room for only one adult and not two; on booking it was said "Double room" for 2 adults.

    Surprisingly good hotel with all right attributes; good location near train station & center, friendly staff, excell
    Beautifully presented, great restaurant and lobby bar. Rooms very comfortable.
    Could have offered free water but thats just minor thing.

    I dont think we will be going back to this Hotel.
    Breakfast was Great super location .
    The bathrooms are very old and smelly The first Visit in this Hotel we found a surprise in the toilet very bad The beds are uncomfortable very hard matteres.
