Pefect Stopover Stay

Alessandro upgraded us to a stunning and spacious room and had organised a parking space for us ahead of time. He was also very helpful in arranging a table for us at an excellent restaurant for us short notice, and Mario on the evening shift was very friendly and attentive (as he was last time we stayed). The hotel exercises excellent customer service skills with clients and shows they value guest experience and repeat business. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you staff.

Amazing, from start to finish!

Totally everything, from start to finish was amazing experience! From free parking, amazing public areas to extraordinary room, with its own jacuzzi in the room. Simply amazing! We loved it all!

Easy to find. Good parking with easy access to the lobby.

The room we stayed needed some renovation and was poorly soundproof. Also the check out time at 11:00 and not 12:00 was little bit disappointing for the hotel that pretends to be 4*. But since its definitely not even close to that rating, it was ok after all)))

The hotel rooms are dated someone had smoked in our room cigaret buts on the window ledge the shower leaked flooding the floor in the bathroom I would not stay there again.

Very pleasant stay in Verona

Room was very spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. Bathroom was completely equipped and very very clean. I specially liked the breakfast with lots of choices also for lactose free and gluten free food. The location of the hotel is 25 minutes walk from the old city walls, very easy to reach. Parking is free in the basement of the hotel. There is a very nice and pleasant lobby with a piano. I will surely come again. Fully recommended!!
