    Roomy, clean and comfortable and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
    A bit further to walk to the Guggenheim than I would have liked, but probably good for my fitness!

    Hotel is excellent value for money. Expected a lot less considering its only a 2 star hotel but it far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

    I liked my pillow, the sheets were clean and the bathroom was nice (although not a single hook to hang anything)
    This property is NOT safe! There are no emergency exit signs in the maze of corridors. The was a kitchenette area in our room, it had 1 folk and 2 dirty glasses. The window barely keeps the cold air out let alone the noise (and its a very very noisey neighbourhood!) Staff at reception are useless, they seem to be annoyed by anyone approaching them for anything (I asked for a kettle and was told it was not in my booking). The location is strange, its like an old shopping complex? Its very noisy till way past midnight, also can hear people through the walls and in the corridor - Hardly got any sleep at all!

    Pleasant place to stay with excellent staff and bed, but shower and floors made me insecure.
    The bed was exceptionally good. So was the very helpful staff, who all spoke excellent English.
    I didn't like all the ramps with no warning. You take 3 steps out of the elevator and then the floor suddenly slants downward. The surface toward the front door was also slanted. The shower floor was somewhat slippery and there were no handrails in case you fell. I could not find a decent restaurant nearby (I don't care for kebabs and burgers) and ended up getting a sandwich from the hotel's vending machine because it was late and I feared getting lost. But I was grateful for that.
