    Happy about my stay
    Perfect location near the train station Very confortable room I loved the way the room is (bathroom in the entrance with a mirror as a door, the desk in the room, the lights near the bed)
    I found some hairs on pillows, and some on the bath tub, the plinths were a bit dirty. The windows are not well isolated so you can hear the wind and the cars in the street. The bottle of soap/ shampoo in the bathroom was empty.

    Location and friendliness of the staff. Particularly Denis who spoke very good English.
    The room could have 2 chairs and 2 glasses when a couple stays. Room was a bit stuffy, unless the window was open, then is was quite noisy and windy. Dining room not very accessible.

    Great stop off at Lille Xmas market en route for Netherlands
    Great city centre location for Xmas market and Westfield Euralille shopping centre. Secure underground carpark. Rooms had everything we needed, including a kettle. Teenage daughter was especially happy with favourite clothes shop Berschka right outside the hotel.
    Busy and complex one way system to reach the underground carpark for the hotel, however the hotel provided clear map and directions.

    Clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Absolutely prime location for shops, tourist attractions and transport.

    I forgot my jacket in the room and the next day i went to pick it up, unfortunately and unprofessionally the lobby guy told that it is the room maid who is responsible to collect the finding and keep it . So I have to return and come back at morning and asking the woman. What stupid and crazy is that??? Anyway I will never come back anymore
