The location at Scandinavium was incredible. The staff were all lovely and amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen from a hotel!

Great Staff&Service, great location. (The single room is tiny but functional.)

The staff is truly fantastic! They're helpful in every way possible. The hotel building, interiors etc are a bit dated but every single thing works. Breakfast is almost the same everyday but it's good. Breakfast coffee is not the best (but this I found true for most places in Sweden, coffee isn't their thing) They have a Sauna, which is free to use.

They could probably provide a glass water bottle to the rooms or keep it down.

I will come back to this hotel for sure in near future

Except for one staff who checked us in, rest all the staff were excellent, very cooperative and they guided us with tourist attractions. There is 24 x 7 coffee station with muffins, also breakfast was good with good options. The heater was provided to us on our request.

The staff who checked us in didnt have smile on her face. She completely ignored me while talking on the phone for a long time. She could have at least acknowledge me. Other than this experience, hotel is nice.
