Good value for money

The kids love the bathtub. I didn't expect that there was a bathtub. It was the highlight of our stay. The receptionist that evening upon check-in was so helpful and kind. Kudos to her! Breakfast was great. All in all experience for a family who do unplanned road trip to Gothenburg was very good. Good value for money.

We didn't like is a very few choices of TV program and the telefon is not functioning when we would like to call into the reception. We have to go down from 5th floor to inquire.

Soft bedding and towels,in city centre,15min walk to shops, cafes and central train station.Very helpful stuff,parking inside hotel's territory+can stay with pets!

Had to refresh room key at reception 3 times in one night stay as it didn't work. Was expecting better hot station at breakfast buffet,but overall was ok.

Overall good experience. Would recommend if you are on a budget.

Location was 10-12mins walk from central station. Nearby restaurants, COOP, spa, hair/nail salon. The room provided to us was spacious! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and designed well. Towels were provided. Breakfast was ok, could be better BUT we appreciated the extended breakfast hrs instead 9:30am only, foods were still there until 10am. Unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, juice, water) and snacks (croissant, lussekatter, cinnamon rolls, cookies, biscuits) -DIY waffles during breakfast and every 4pm-9pm afternoon snacks. Very accommodating and friendly staff at the front desk, failed to get her name but she's Swedish (on duty during evenings, I guess). Wifi provided.

We were placed at the 7th floor and elevator is only until 6th flr. The front desk was able to inform us and it was ok but not until we were in a hurry back to the room from the main lobby and the elevator was in used by the staff who were transporting linens and trash, and asked us to use the stairs from ground floor to 7th floor! Also, expect so much noise between cleaning hours 9-12pm. Breakfast could be better like adding vegetables, fruits, or beans/lentils.

A great option for budget travelers, despite the fact 20-25 minute walk from the city center

The hotel's location is favorable only 20-25 mins walking distance from the city center but 2 mins walk from the tram station and 15 from the central train station. hotel is featuring a complimentary hot/cold drinks bar and a free waffle station, alongside a very good breakfast option included in the price. The staff is also notably friendly and helpful.

Access to the top floor lacks an elevator, but it might not be an issue for many.
