Hotel Marconi Benidorm. Great location and staff.

The staff were brilliant. Isabela, Ivan and Kevin were all great at their jobs and very professional but friendly. A good example of how staff should be. Also the guy on night reception with bald head ( sorry I forgot his name) was great. Entertainment staff were really professional. Cleaners were excellent and very courteous.

The bar area was a bit cold due to drafts coming in through glass doors. Plastic strips were missing from the bottom of the joins between the doors. Coffee is really really terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved it , the breakfast was good too , something different

The location , value for money,cleanliness. Most of the staff. DJ Lola was the best entertainment.

First impression of the receptionist I think maybe she was Having a bad day.

Superb

A last minute twixmas stay.

The location, facilities and room. The bathroom light bulb packed up and I forgot to mention it at reception. To my surprise the cleaner had reported it and was repaired by the time we returned.

Hard to put my finger on. Staff hard working and pleasant. Just one lady on reception who seems very unapproachable and actively avoids your presence. But once the wall is down, she is helpful and just appears overwhelmed.

More or less everything except food only got breakfast not good so never tried any other but lots of other eating places on door step. Lots of Spanish in here

Fantastic location

Staff were really friendly and attentive

We were on the 1st floor directly above the dining room, although I wouldn't change the room as the view was phenomenal, there was a lot of noise in the morning from chairs being dragged in the dining room, also the hot breakfast was cold, and we couldn't get the microwave to work
