Exceptional

An excellent choice for a week of rest and fun

I liked all. I will defenetely come back and also bring my mother in law. She will enoy the daily activities the hotel offers to its guests. they are funny and healthy.

Very good

It was easy access to both the old town and the new town. I cannot fault the food and its quality. The staff and check In and check out was quick and easy.

The walls were a.bit thin, and the occupants, either side of me, were quite noisy and did a lot of banging.

Indoor pool was nice- very warm water but you have to wear a bathing cap! These can be purchased from the reception or from supermarkets ( cheaper) The most comfiest beds we have ever slept in ( including our own! ) Hotel was quiet because we travelled 1 week before Christmas. Entertainment was aimed at spanish but it was still nice to sit and warch/ listen. Hotel was immaculate clean and the rooms were spot on. Breakfast was good- not much choice but it done us for the morning. We didn't eat lunch at the hotel. Shops close by with restraunt strip the others idea of the road so was easily accessible for food/snacks ect. Good location . We drove a car when there . Sunday is free on the street parking but then it's 2 per hour or so . So we choose the hotel carpark. 1st reception said it was 9 a day then the 2nd when we went to pay said it was 11 a day ( we ended up paying 11 a day) so just double check if you need to use the parking. Staff were friendly. The bar man wasn't good at English but he tried and was very pleasant:) Check in was quick and friendly staff too. The chef cooking the eggs was nice and smily in the mornings :)

I didnt like that we had to were bathing caps - but I have been to a few indoor pools in spain and some are the same rules.

Very disappointing

We were happy with the facilities and the room albeit a little tired decor wise

The staff were very rude to my husband one evening at dinner and when we spoke to the manager the following day he was quite dismissive and no apology. We changed hotels halfway through our stay

Would not come back unless fully refurbished.

Location good

Room was dark, dated, dingy, and in need of full refurbishment. Bedspreads were very worn and tatty, very offputting. Very noisy, late at night and early morning due to staff dragging furniture, rearranging chairs etc. Breakfast was not good, hot food selection was always cold. We were booked to co e back in April 24, but have cancelled.

We was not placed in the hotel rooms that you advertised and was put in the Poseidon palace part of there resort the rooms were filthy and like a dudgeon we checked out after 2 days we booked a double room got single beds air conditioning not working very dissatisfied and would like a part refund .
