    The room is too small and uncomfortable at all, there is no elevator you have to pick up your bags up. We had a toddler with us we paid extra for the bed and the room was very tiny we barely could move, but the location and the stuff were good

    The room was really small, the shower was really small, no space in the rooms for big bags. Was it overpriced for what we got.

    Excellent location overlooking Como Lake. Close to Como Lago train station. Booked a twin room but was given a double room with a partial lake view.

    A pleasant stay which could have been much better with few additional facilities.
    Excellent location. Pleasant and helpful staff,
    Breakfast needs much improvement and variation. Except for tea/coffee, no hot food is served in breakfast. Room was cramped, did not have even a proper chair for sitting. did not have the facility for making tea/coffee. Absence of lift.

    Great location with small room
    The hotel was in a excellent location overlooking Lake Como. It is also just next to the furnicular stop to Brunate. Breakfast was simple yet fairly good with very attentive staff.
    We found the room abit small and the twin single beds were very tight. The aircond was also not working well. So it can be abit stuffy. The room can get abit noisy from the activities below around 2-4am.

    A great place to enjoy the lake.
    Everything was just lovely. Staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean with a great view of the lake and a small balcony. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast and the service was friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant each night because the food was delicious and the staff were excellent. A great location for the boats and the Funicular.
