Fabio and Carmine at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, and Federica and Martina graciously helped at breakfast always with a smile. The hotel was very well located. The room was very confortable.

Great hotel in the middle of the city

Location is great, very close to the centre of Naples. Clean, comfy, airco worked well. Nice smelling shower gels. Our room window looked out into the galleria Umberto which was pretty cool! Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast which is fine for us. That the lift up to the hotel requires a 10 cent coin to operate is a hilarious relic but I do wonder how many non European tourists will have a ten cent coin to hand. Not a problem for us to take the stairs though. Staff were friendly.
