    All in all it was fine but it is only one night before returning
    breakfast was good, and the location was also good
    I booked 2 rooms near each other several months ago and asked this when booked, We were told that the hotel was full the night before and they could not give us 2 rooms next to each other (we were with children who were told to be in one wing without an elevator) we were also told that it was an upgraded room.

    Clean and comfortable modern hotel
    Very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. The area was a short distance from the sights and from restaurants and shops.
    The purple lights in the corridors and the room were not to my taste.

    Overall nice place but you need an elevator in your 2nd location not just the main hotel.
    The room was large. Nice breakfast and good location. Staff were nice.
    No Elevator to our room especially since we had an injured party. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs soured our first impression. Shower was way too small and water didn't drain properly.

    Hotel tucked away off the main square of Baden-Baden
    Location was great, breakfast was included and very good, buffet style with eggs, sausage, cheeses and breads. staff were friendly and helpful.Location is a short walk to many attractions and shops. The room was a good size, the bath room was larger than most hotels.
    Of course, being an older builder, there was no central air. There were portable units in the rooms that you put the air hose out the window to bring in cooled air. There are no screens on the windows, but it's really not a problem, since I had no issues with bugs flying in. Also, the pictures on the hotel website are a bit deceiving. There is no restaurant, bar or spa at the hotel. The breakfast is served in a room off the lobby. I believe the hotel owns a restaurant in the main downtown area of Baden-Baden, but it is not in the hotel. Towels needed replacing, they were rough and appeared past their useful life.

    When we return to Baden Baden, I know where to stay.
    Room for the price and location cant be beat. Staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is superior.
    Parking is a challenge but then this is typical for Germany.

    Great central location, good breakfast
    The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Great breakfast! The standout feature for me was the convenience of the provided parking. It made my trip hassle-free and added a lot of value to my stay. The central location of the hotel was also a plus, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
    The only drawback during my stay was the noise from the street, particularly on Monday morning at 6 am when the trash was being emptied. This was a bit disruptive to my sleep, and it was the primary reason I couldn't give the hotel a full 5-star rating. However, I understand that this is likely beyond the hotel's control, and it didn't overshadow the otherwise positive experience.
