    The Staff was super helpful and informative during the check in. They went out of their way to make sure we could arrive and have access to our room even after working hours.

    Everything! Wonderful room, location, German buffet breakfast, helpful staff at a great price.
    One upgrade: Wish reception opened earlier than 7:30 am. I needed transportation help/advise when my train was cancelled due to repairs.

    Very convenient and good value
    An old hotel but very neat and clean, with spacious room and useful amenities like kettle, bottles water, bath gel, etc. It also have a lift which makes you feel so good after staying in many old hotels or apartments in Germany where you have to walk the stairs without a lift! Breakfast is also plentiful and delicious! Great location in the center with parking on site which is very convenient.
    The towels are a bit old and chipped.

    Great traditional choice
    Excellent small family run hotel of the kind Germany does so well. Very traditional in style, in a good way. Two minutes walk from the thermal baths.
