    Location, room was nice and big, bathroom was modern, had a bathtub, staff extremely kind and helpful, even lent us an umbrella to use for a few days!

    My wife has mobility issues so therefore being on the top floor was a disadvantage. An elevator would have been perfect. Due to having to climb the stairs, my wife was not able to leave the property often.

    Nicely appointed, comfortable and spacious room in great location with good views.
    Beautifully renovated property, authentic and comfortable with charming view of small square and 1 block from center square/Christmas markets.
    No lift but the location/view makes up for it.

    Metamorphosis "transformed" us into lovers of Prague!
    The location was perfect - we walked everywhere. The staff was exceptional: friendly, helpful, and fun. We had a fabulous time.
    The streets were icy! This can't be helped, but when I slipped and fell, the staff brought me an ice pack of snow for my injury. so kind!

    Excellent experience, great staff and location location location
    The location is 3 min walk to the clock/ center of Praha. The room was warm and big. we had a hall, room and bathroom. All was great and the staff is very welcoming and helpful
    The bath didn't work and we used the shower next to it Also there was a all-in-one shampoo and no conditioner

    Next to a nightclub , didn;t sleep
    The room is large Centrally situated
    We almost didn't sleep..everyone said quiet. It's next to a night club that booms through my head. This WITH earplugs. So frustrated and exhausted The toilet didn't flush Shower had tepid water.

    Good stay, could have been better if everything - pantry, reception, rooms were in the same complex.
    The room was huuge. The bathroom was huuge. It was a couple of mins from the beautiful old town square. plenty of eateries nearby.
    The fact that we had to get out of the hotel property for the breakfast -- it wasn't far -- just a 2 min walk, but was a little confusing the first morning.
