A decent hotel with a convenient location.

Hotel was just over the river from the old town, and getting there was quite easy by the bridge across the street. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. While dated, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The pictures definitely made it seem like the hotel was "rustic" fitting the building's age (I think the 1490s), but the halls and rooms were more of a blend of 70's and 90's "retro". Unloading/loading and parking are a bit of a task given it's location on a main road, though there is a dedicated loading zone about 80m away from the entrance.

Simple and nice breakfast. Hotel located right in the center of town.

my room was located at the back of the hotel, forgot the room number. Couldn't sleep entire night due to the noise from below bar. Should improve the room sound proof. need to seriously solve this problem.

Very noisy from cafe located at the ground floor near my sons room. Should improve the sound proof of the windows.

Excellent location, city town is just a few minutes walking. Room was comfortable and cozy. Clean and good installations. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.

It felt a little cold but we stayed in winter.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the Christmas market and close enough to the airport bus station (less than 10 minutes walk). The cleaning and the reception staff were very kind and friendly.

The hotel lacked coffee and tea facilities in the room which I usually expect from a 4stars hotel. The breakfast was ok, but lacked diversity and the warm dishes were on request only.There was no menu on the table to know what is available and when we asked the staff we were told that only scrambled eggs are available.

A picturesque location in a storybook village.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location in the center of the most pictured spot in Innsbruck. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel parking was easy and secure. A light but delicious breakfast saw us on our way.

Would have liked some smaller conveniences such as a kettle in room and conditioner. Curbside unloading is a little tense in traffic.

Very good

This is our third stay at Hotel Mondschein and we would be happy to stay there again.

Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, as was the lady in the bar. Our rooms were kept tidy and clean. The location is just right for us.

The room was more cramped than those we had previously stayed in and we would have preferred more space for our clothes and suitcases.
