    Location is excellent
    Torn and stained furnishings - desperately needs a refit, initial sofa bed provided was unacceptable. This was addressed by providing replacement mattress.

    Loved the soundproofing of the room. Windows opened mutliple ways and allowed ventilation as well as sound deadening when needed. Heated floor in the bathroom was perfect. Very impressed with the included breakfast in the morning.

    I have stayed here twice now and I like it a lot. Staff are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The bar is great and Franz is brilliant

    Great views, great service, and a wonderful stay
    The views are remarkable and the staff is superb. One of my favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at in Europe. Will be staying again for sure.
    Really I cant think of anything. Everything was top-notch. Nothing to complain about.
