    We took a deluxe room with two double beds. It was a good room with a lot of space even with two kids. The property was clean and neat. The hotel buffet breakfast was awesome and especially the head serving lady was a very warm welcoming and lady. We loved the way she treated us and was very helpful. My wife was sick and she took a lot of effort to pack a big tray of breakfast for her which I could carry to the room. If I'm not wrong her name was Belinda (Asian lady). I would strongly recommend this place. It's 5 minutes walking to the main train station and 10 minutes walking to the city center. Also, there is a casino right next to the hotel if you want to spend some time. :)

    Location is very good, within walking distance to the train station and the river side.
    Check-in takes more than 20min and the staff couldnt explain why. This is after we went out for a walk and came back after 3pm which they said the room would be ready by then.

    Generally felt the hotel was excellent staff at reception went out of there way to check things for us and offer advice re visits will return

    Rooms were very warm even in December temperatures, unable to lower the AC Floors in bedroom could do with a good clean they were rather dusty
