    Great location! Modern and clean! Amazing fresh breakfast
    Great location! Where you can breathe! Not in the small streets , but in a nice street where you can also Park easily! Right next to a charming shopping mall And just 4 min walking from the touristic center! The breakfast OVER the TOP! With a fruit selection that you dont even find in Bali! Exotic fruit of all types! Fresh and in big quantities!

    Best honeymoon ever!!
    Location is great, room was spotless clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay for our honeymoon!
    Sometimes there was a smell of smoke from the guests who might smoke in the rooftop terrace but there was no smell in the rooms or the restaurant.

    Excellent as always. From the front desk team to the restaurant team to the room service staff, all are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can't fault the service in any way.

    The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location, and the room was big and very clean. The rooftop bar was an added bonus and was a great place to hang out after dinner.
    There was nothing that we didnt like about the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to have a late checkout before our flight at no extra cost.

    One of my new favourite hotels in the world
    The receptionist Anna is a credit to the hotel. She was superb. On checkin she gave me a map and recommended places to eat, gave me the locations of the popular attractions, and gave me a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar for my birthday. She spoke like a friend with natural conversation and a happy smile. She made me feel so welcome that I decided that Ill return to this hotel based on her hospitality alone. The room was very comfortable with nice lighting, and an espresso machine was a great addition for a coffee lover such as myself. The hotel provides bath salts with the toiletries which was a nice luxury. The windows open far, so its possible to get some nice fresh air into the room. The cocktail I enjoyed at the fifth floor bar was delicious - the hotel has its own signature cocktails too. I had breakfast and it was magical to admire the snowy mountains while waking up, with floor to ceiling glass windows all around. I was impressed with the selection of exotic fruits, including dragonfruit and lychee. There were food types for every taste, from cereal and pastries to cakes, hot food, and the aforementioned fruits (many of which I couldnt name). The location is great too, just next to the small old town, so I was able to walk everywhere.

    The window is blocked by a grate on the outside, but I believe its there for safety as the windows open quite far, so while it blocks the view, its not much of a bad thing.
