    Expensive disappointment.
    Location was good. By the old town. Breakfast was a buffet, and very good - it's redeeming feature.
    Room was small, had to even ask for tea making facilities, but even then, had no coffee. Only one small lift for 5 floors, which caused problems when checking out, as the maids were using it when we were trying to take our cases down. Cost for 2 nights was almost double what we paid for a much better quality hotel in Salzburg. Disappointing.

    With many nice hotel options in the area, Im not sure Id stay here again considering the room size and very expensive
    Really pretty hotel, comfortable (although tiny) rooms.
    I booked breakfast included rooms but when I arrived they had no record of that. The cost of breakfast was absolutely ridiculous, thankfully there is a cafe nearby where two of us had a very filling breakfast for 1/4 the hotel breakfast price. I ordered Prosecco at the hotel bar and received something called Austrian sparkling?? Thats fine really, but dont tell me its Prosecco when it isnt.

    Great hotel from which to experience Innsbruck!
    Outstanding breakfast buffet, with amazing selection of fresh fruits, muesli, granola. We appreciate that they had soy milk and oat milk, and also gluten-free rolls available (on request). Wonderful shower, modern bathroom, and remarkably comfortable bed. Location is very convenient to tram lines, ethnic restaurants, and city attractions.

    We stayed over Christmas, and it was beautiful. Very cozy, very friendly and very centrally located. You can feel all the effort that goes into everything. As many others have said, the breakfast is exceedingly good. Loved the hotel all around.
    The only thing that was a bit problematic was that the bathroom and toilet were separated from the bedroom by nothing more than a glass door. Not so ideal if two people are in the same room.

    Overall, it was a great staying!!
    Although the room was small, it was very clean, the hotel owners were helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent with various choices and lot a fruits. Anastasia is a lovely presence in the morning, very attentive, making you feel homey.
