    Absolutely perfect break in wonderful Austria with Christmas markets and a relaxing trip to Seefe
    Breakfast very good and perfect for our stay Rooms very quiet Reception staff and bar, restaurant staff excellent Location perfect Would stay again

    Lacked simple facilities like bottle openers and glasses. It was difficult to get these.

    Relax in city center
    Friendly staff, perfect location, very good sauna and steam room, pool, so romantic jacuzzi outside with view, nice breakfast with variety (juices, bakery, cheese/ham, salmon, fruits, eggs and bacon, coffee/tea), storage room for ski, room good for families. We will come back for sure.

    Minimal Breakfast choice. Basically cold choice of cereal & fruit, cheeses and cake. Cooked was fatty bacon & cold egg. Bread rolls were too hard to eat! Struggled to satisfy compared to other hotels in Innsbruck . Lobby wasnt particularly welcoming. Small, tired looking Christmas trees on tables. Staff not really engaging except for the domestic staff who were always cordial.

    Our Go-To Hotel When We Travel to Innsbruck!
    We were at the hotel last in 2019. It looked like they made a few changes since then, all of them for the better. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Huge, deep bathtub and the toilet was in a room of its own - a great set-up. The bed and sheets made it hard to get up every morning. Breakfast was outstanding - huge selection and everything we tried was very good.
    Very minor concerns, but one of the elevators was having issues (I can only assume the only reason it wasnt quickly repaired was because it was Christmas Day) and the toaster in the breakfast room was broken the last day our stay - a bummer because I was hooked on the crazy good waffles I had been warming up in it every day and had to forgo them

    The front reception staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. It was not a pleasant way to begin our stay in the hotel.
