    Really nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic location with bus just outside the hotel that goes directly to innsbruck. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying.

    I recommend this hotel. great service and convenient
    Nice customer service, comfortable rooms and clean. Nice breakfast.
    It was pleasant all around. I think some photos of the overall area on the site might be a bit deceiving. The hotel is located in a commercial zone pretty much. Not a bad thing but it is funny to see this older architecture right next to Media Markt and other big box brands. Great hotel but if you are looking for a certain type of surroundings, just be aware.

    Choose only if in need
    Breakfast not exceptional and location of the hotel out of the city, there is a convenient bus, but it still takes about 15 minutes by public transport. Apart from that: dirty rooms, stained carpet, smells and effluvia from the bathroom and sheets with hair residue from previous guests. Definitely not corresponding to the value paid

    Very good hotel and very helpful staff. The room was big enough, clean and comfy. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Would stay again.

    Personnel was really nice. We got a free transport card for the public transport which was very practical.
    Carpets and bathroom need an update. It takes almost half an hour to get to the old town.
