    Nice vacation, good location!
    Location, window view was great! Supermarket, city center is close. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Sound isolation was good.
    I would prefer to have normal door for bathroom instead of glass. It has no sound isolation. Cups were not very clean.

    Great location to stay if you want to ski and also sight see around Innsbruck.
    The hotel was located an easy walk or free bus ride from central station and had a beautiful view. The room was large enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably.
    A little more information on how to get to the ski fields would have been helpful. By the second day we worked out how to get on the free coach which was much nicer than transferring and paying for the local bus

    Spacious room near citys centre, with mountain view and kind staff!
    Location was excellent and near city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable. Also the staff was nice to allow us to check-in early which was great for us!
    The bathroom doesnt allow enough privacy. Also we had a connected room that have a door between one another, even though it was closed with key Im not a fan of them.

    A great hotel for a family stay
    I really like the size of the room and especially the There is a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. And there are also magnificent views from the windows and there is a funicular nearby
    The stem of the Faucet on the sink can be made a little longer, then there will be no water around the sink on such a beautiful and stylish washbasin

    Nice hotel with easy access to the fenicular up the mountain. Large and spacious room with all the things youd like. Ea
    Hotel was right on the river and close to the fenicular up the mountain. Our room had lovely views over the mountains that wrap around Innsbruck. It was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and kettle! A supermarket was next door and the bus stop for buses t9 the train station was around the corner.
    We werent a fan of the heavy glass door for the bathroom and the design with glass at the top of the bathroom. Turning the light on to use the bathroom disturbed the other guest in the night.

    Location and room views
    Unhygienic: toilet wasnt clean when we arrived, cleaning staffs hair was on the floor the next day, there were specks of organic matter on the toilet rim even after her visit. Towels were not clean
