Great location. Large room. Amazing views. Lovely to have seating area. 24hr reception. Large supermarket beneath. Direct access underground to train. Next to metro. Easy walk to Dotonbori and shops.

works for short traveling!

It's a beautiful hotel in a really nice location. it was clean, gives you all the little items inclusing hair brush, tooth brush and even pajamas!

its a bit outdated and the closet is very small. rooms are also tiny. for 2 people, i wish we had little more room.

Osaka Gem

The hotel is attached to the Namba station and "the walk" lots of great food and shopping, you can walk all the way to the eat street underground if you want. Great view.

No laundry, no gym, no extra facilities to utilise. Room wasn't big enough for three suitcases and three people.

This is the copy of the letter I sent to the hotel To the Management I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the communication handling during a recent earthquake experienced at your hotel. On 1/01/2024, while staying on the 31st floor, we were subjected to a frightening earthquake. Initially, the hotel staff provided updates in both Japanese and English, which was reassuring. However, the last three announcements were made exclusively in Japanese, leaving non-Japanese speaking guests, including myself, without crucial information in a distressing situation. This lack of consistent multilingual communication during an emergency is highly regrettable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort. It is essential for a hospitality establishment of your repute to consider and treat all customers with equal care, especially during emergencies where clear and accessible information is vital. I urge you to review and improve your emergency communication protocols to ensure inclusivity and safety for all guests, regardless of their language. Your attention to this matter is not only important for rectifying the current complaint but also crucial for upholding the standards and reputation of your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

Very good

Convenience and Nice Stay

The location is great. Its just next to Namba JR Station. We can take airport bus to there. If we go for other subways or train, just walk through the underground shopping street. In winter, its not cold. The room is big. Its enough space to open 2 luggages there. The staff are nice and I see one of Japanese staff can speak Mandarin. Its very helpful for the Chinese visitors. Besides, there is a supermarket which operates until 12am and a Lawson convenience store until 11pm. We can also have McDonald and Starbucks. Its really convenient. Will consider to stay again!

The room is quite dusty. It would be better if open the window. Its suggested to do vacuuming everyday even not request tidy up service. The fridge is not cool enough.

Disappointing

Horrible extend we wont return

The location was good right near the night life

The staff were only focused on money. My daughter was violently ill and we arrived early for check in. Admittedly they have a 3:00 PM check time and thats fair but at 11:00 AM they could see her sitting in the lobby in obvious discomfort and they wouldnt let us into our room early unless I paid 360,000 yen for 4 hours. They actually have a late checkout policy of 2,000 yen per hour so why charge me 360,000 when it logically could have been 8,000 which I would have happily paid just so she could lie down. When I spoke and complained to the manager and the check in staff they simply said that they understood she was sick and offered me directions to the hospital ( which she didnt need) but could help with the early room check in ? I just thought this was outrageous. The rooms were very dated and dark. Cleaning service was once every three days because of some silly new Covid from China excuse when the government stance was clearly no different than it had been before. It was just so accused on money and the hotel lacked any sort of warmth from either the building or the staff
