Good stay with great shower

Love the shower.

Need to change elevator multiple times because the lobby is on 16th floor. We will need to use different elevator to access our rooms. During peak times, we have to wait at the bottom for elevator.

Great hotel, shame about the street noise

The room was beautiful and clean, quite a lot of space, and the staff were incredibly helpful even though we didn't speak any Japanese :)

Not within the hotels control, but unfortunately every night we were kept up late (most nights after 11pm) by very loud motorbikes and scooters revving their engines in the street below :( we stayed 4 nights on the lowest floor which may have been why the noise was so loud but was every night so not great if you are a light sleeper. Shame as conveniently located near metro and shopping centre's otherwise and staff were amazing

Comfortable, convenient, courteous staffs and value for money

Hotel location is convenient and is accessible to major attractions like Umeda, Osaka, Namba etc via the Midosuji line (red line), a major line in Osaka. Location is near Hommanchi station, walking distance to Shinsaibashisuji. Room is a good size in Japans standard and I can opened my 2 luggages and still have walking space. Rooms are clean and feels like its newly renovated. Counter staffs speaks English and are courteous to the guests. As this is Christmas season, you can see the illumination lighting up the trees and its a very pretty sight.

You can hear the motor bikes or cars revving thejr engine along the roads. It happens sometimes late into the night. I guess this is something the hotel cant do about but otherwise all is good.
