helpfulness and hospitality of staff and they provided assistance in every way possible from day 1 specially with helping us arrange proper taxi transportation as we were many and had a lot of luggage (shimamura miu san and an older male staff sitting in the desk across from the mini gift shop, cant remember his name unfortunately, both were super helpful and considerate)
