Superb

Great Location, highly recommended, will use again.

This hotel is situated on the Front 5 minutes from the Train Station, it's in a great location. Rooms are clean with large TV and Tea / Coffee making facilities. I was in a single room 107 ideal for a few nights. Highly recommended. Discount vouchers are provided for the next door wine bar and nearby Chip Shop.

Advertised as a king deluxe, sadly the bed was a double bed, not king size. Bathroom extremely cold, no radiator. Tiny bathroom and no shelving in the shower which would prove a great asset due to the shower being so small and not having to bend to grab shower gels, shampoos etc. check out time of 10.30am is way too early, 11am is usually about the right time.

Noise from other rooms , central heating on and off , droning noise from boiler or something, shower was poor , when lights go on extractor fan comes on , air con from pub outside , sorry but just too noisy , we had a poor nights sleep

Very good for the price

Very kind receptionist, gave us a sea view with no extra charge and granted us discounts for the restaurant next to the hotel.

The room was cold although the heating was on. Finger marks on the wardrobe were visible in light and there was a rather large amount of dust on top of the wardrobe.

Nice room but no heating

Clean room, great location, comfy bed

The room was freezing, we stayed in November and it was zero degrees outside and it wasnt much warmer in the room. Reception closed at 7pm so we rang the number provided to complain about the cold room. They said the radiator was on a timer (it was 7:30pm and the radiator was cold, surely the radiator should be on at this time?). To be fair they said they would put it on which they did, but it only ever got luke warm, nowhere near enough to heat the room. We ended up sleeping in our clothes it was that cold
