    Amazing relaxing
    Lovely friendly staff. Fabulous building, lots of history and great facilities. Food is delicious, highly recommend. Locals were welcoming too. All round enjoyable break. Definitely will visit again even if just for the food.

    Excellent staff. Very clean rooms. Lovely quiet peaceful setting. Short walk into town centre. Free parking. Great bar prices on selected drinks. Excellent restaurant quality food. Free NYE entertainment. Great value for money
    Room 19 bathroom door didnt close. Bed a little hard for our taste

    We had booked for 2 nights but on our first morning there was no water, unable to flush the toilet, brush our teeth so we had decided to head home. Went down to reception and explained what was happening, and she said that she would work out a refund for us but we havent received anything yet.

    Comfy warm room. Bar staff helpful and friendly
    Breakfast was a shambles! Waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing. No one to tell us where to sit or ask us our room number, not asked if we want toast. Fruit juice jugs empty until we asked for some juice!
