The porter is very friendly, excellent at his job. I definitely give him 10 /10 and he deserves my tips. I will return soon and hope seeing him there to help again. P. S The porter at this hotel is much helpful than galaxy hotel.

We had been given a room smell of alcohol (because of Christmas party and I understand) But the helpful porter help us change room and everything is good.

Excellent Service

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. Kodus to all filipino staff, especially to Eren, Val, Bombi and Marife. Thank you so much for making our Macao experience more convenient and memorable. The location is just 10 mins walk to The Venetian, The Parisian, and the City of Dreams.

wonderful hotel. friendly staff, clean, value for money and convenient

Staff and concierge super helpful. Mr Bernado one of the staff gave us a great brief of what to do with Macau in a short stay and all his recommendations were great. The hotel is kids friendly with many activities and gifts for young children. the location of the hotel is good. across the road near Taipa village - a lot of street food and history (exit via Galaxy hotel)

The service of the staff and hotels efforts makes the entiystay amazing.

The staff is so polite, friendly and accommodating that i immediately felt good about everything. The room is beautiful. I truly enjoy the steam and sauna. Sad that i do not have time for the jacuzzi tub. Will sure to return.
