A beautiful hotel in front of Canale Grande.

The location is fantastic. Especially if you visit venice for the new years eve. The personel is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

There was a heating problem (over heating) on a room but the personel did whatever they could to solve it. Even changing the room when it was possible since it was new years eve

You'll pay for the location, don't expect much more

Location, a one-minute walk from San Zaccaria boat livery. Nothing more than location........................

The room is small and nothing exceptional. I stayed in the annex, a dump. No view from my room on the second floor. Prepare to take the stairs, the elevator is the size of a phone booth, slow and you're never sure if you'll get stuck. The photos aren't a fair representation. It appears hip, modern, art deco. It's not. Breakfast is extra. I chose to take in the countless cafes and bakeries instead. Hotel Paganelli is overpriced for what you get. I will stay elsewhere next time. Once you get the hang of the boat taxis you realize there's lots of good locations, your choices increase unless you want to be near San Marco. But it's overflowing with tourists and better to walk to from a different location. Venice isn't that big so it's an easy walk from most places.

The property is just next to the water taxi.

The room was too small as per the price. Sometimes it gets noisy at night and early morning because of the stress and restaurants.

Location was really good as it is just opposite to take the Vaporetto to anywhere and also Alilaguna to go to/from the airport. There are number of restaurants around if you dont want to venture far to eat. It is close to San Marco. I found it walking ditance to go shopping while visitng the different attractions. Breakfast was ok, it was not a grand but enough to charge up for the morning, I liked that they had a good selection of fruits and not just apples. I would also like to mention that the staff were great, always helpful, and cheerful.

The cakes served for breakfast are very dry, could not eat it again on the second day, i was scared i would choke on it. The pillows in the room, they felt like cardboard, the bed was nice and comfy but the pillows were a struggle.

Good value, location, and nice staff.

Great location close to the water tacos and very nice staff.

Disappointed that we had ants in our room and it wasnt taken care of. They said they would first thing next morning.
