Very beautifully decorated rooms, clean, new and spacious bathrooms, friendly personnel, affordable mini bar in the room. Only the wine opener was missing from the room although wines from the mini bar couldnt be opened without it.
You can see it from the map but still bear in mind that its quite a long walk from the main attractions and train station.

I asked the staff for a kettle to boil hot water. they didn't have one.

Really good location and great service!
The hotel was really good and the staff was nice and friendly. The room was well maintained and the facilities were clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent and it was served early.
Our only discomfort was the fact that our room was on the top floor and there were only stairs to reach it. It was quite hard to get all our luggage up (and down) there but we understand there isnt much that can be done about it (historical city and all).

Mosquito infestation in the bathroom (its December) powered by the boiling hot bathroom. We couldnt adjust the temperature at all. Staff provided a plug in repellent, but didnt seem to get to the heart of the matter.
Bed could be comfier.
Room looked into neighbouring court yard, rather than canal.

Beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel
The hotel is chic and I appreciated modern twist of their Italian decor. The front desk was helpful and assisted us with our luggage as they do not have an elevator. Our room was spacious enough and clean.
Though the location makes it for a relaxing quiet stay, it was a little further from main attractions that we would have liked.

Hotel Tiziano is located in a central area, close to the train station, water taxi docks, and the tourist area in Venice. The hotel is well maintained. It is elegant. Front desk helps at all times and provided great advise to walk and eat in Venice. The room at the third level was really nice.
The shower was kind of weird and the room was too hot at night. The AC took a long time to cool it down. Smoke from chimnies are close by so I don't recommend to open the window.
