    I loved everything! The staff were super friendly, the building was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were spectacular
    I didnt like the fact that I didnt stay longer at this wonderful hotel

    My shower wasn't always hot. Water was lukewarm.

    The perfect place to stay in Venice
    From the reception during check-in until the check-out, every single employee was exceptionally kind and polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it had the Venice vibe that I wanted to experience. I am looking forward to coming back again in the near future!

    The room is very cute, the location perfect but what is really special is the staff. They were friendly the entire time, but on my last evening I got food poisoning from a restaurant in Venice. Luckily, I was able to change my flight and stay an extra night in the hotel, and the staff were so kind and would bring me food to my room when I was able to eat. Thank you so much.
