It was good, location was the best thing.

It was clean

Breakfast options could have been better. All the options were sweet even the croissant were too sweet. Also we got the room close to reception, so it was not sound proof.

A fantastic place that's conveniently located

A very cozy and quaint property within a few minutes walking distance to St. Mark's Square and San Zaccaria/San Marco boat stations. Exceptional breakfast and customer service...great value for money.

Lovely break in Venice

Arrived by train and took the water taxi which dropped us near San Marco. We walked and was a small maze to find the hotel but we are lucky we had tom-tom walk. The hotel is located in a nice palazzo and its quiet and very chi and cosie boutique feeling. Breakfast was nice and lovelt staff. The receptionists are all very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are very grand and smart and cosie. Overall we had a lovely time we will come back to this hotel in future . Bathroom was clean and room was kept clean. It had a nice garden in the back but didn't have the chance to explore it.

Wonderful, friendly oasis in busy Venice

A beautiful hotel filled with lovely antiques and interesting nooks and crannies. We were lucky to have received a generous upgrade to the Presidential suite which was stunning, lovely and warm, exceptionally clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for us, fresh breads, cheeses and various hams. Delicious cakes, pancakes and freshly made coffees overlooking a gorgeousgarden! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. The location was perfect away from the crowds on a picturesque canal. We loved every minute of our stay, a veritable oasis with reasonably priced restaurants, cafes and shops on the doorstep. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

We loved our room (got upgraded to a Junior Suite) as it was spacious with a comfortable bed, kitted out bathroom and a lovely view overlooking the front of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exquisite, all food was made and prepared to an extremely high level and the dining area was lovely, warm and spacious. The staff were nothing but friendly and kind throughout our stay and were happy to help with any questions, always with a smile on their faces.

There were a few hairs in our bed that look like could have come from previous guests. The TV was a bit outdated too as we couldnt get access to any of the usual, expected applications (YouTube, Netflix, etc.)
