    Convenient location close to the station. Quite and apparently clean.
    Very close to the train station but in a location that guarantee quite and silence during night time. Overall room was clean (despite of the presence of floor carpets). Very kind gift given for New Years Eve night. Breakfast included sweet and salty food.
    Due to the fact there is no elevator, walls and stairs are full of marks left by people carrying luggages. Marks were present as well on room walls. Breakfast included sweet and salty food, but was quite basic

    An okay hotel in a great location
    The location is its best asset. Also, the apartment was cleaned every day and the bathroom was also in a good condition.
    The matrices are very soft or old, Im not sure, but sleeping on them is no fun. Sleeping on the converted couch is even more uncomfortable. The wooden floors make a lot of noise if you are unlucky with your neighbors, especially at night. The furniture and the carpet were extremely dated, while the carpet rather looked like a moon landscape. Then there is a difference between being professionally polite or making someone feel welcomed. The latter is not the case. The breakfast is okay but subpar, no doubt about it. Bread was never fresh, options are very limited. For this amount of money and the ratings, I expected something better.

    Comfortable property in a good location!
    Good location close to the train station, lots of good restaurants, a supermarket and pharmacy. The room itself was quite large and comfortable in quiet location. Very clean and well stocked.

    Great stay in helpful location
    Great location, very easy walk to station and grand canal. Also walked to St Mark's Square etc but boat is also easy. Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast
