-Overpriced, this cant be ranked as a 5 star hotel. I would say 3 stars hotel maximum 4 stars hotel if they improve breakfast and improve cleaning - flyers in bathroom and in bedroom -poor breakfast buffet -bad experience during check in

location is perfect. great historical property that has been beautifully transformed from a convent to a hotel. quiet with good beds.

The staff at the property make it a real gem. They truly are exceptional: friendly, professional, kind and extremely accommodating. The staff are what made this a 5 star stay.

Very grateful to be upgraded to a suite, however cupboard was thick with dust as well as a few other areas. Really loved the little shaded terrace though- a real treat!

Despite the Signature Collection tag, it is still a Marriott.

Very well located hotel in a retooled monastery that kept part of the original structure in a beautiful blend of old and new.

The hotel is very noisy. My daughters had to change their room (avoid room #006 like the plague!) and the new room, though quieter, was still noisier than average. Our own room (#002) was much noisier than acceptable, with conversations and cart noises reverberating all over and with sounds from the room above. Someone did not do a very good job in soundproofing the old monastery.
