Fine place. Reception services could be improved.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast plenty. We liked the attention to details of the cleaning staff. They even made some towel shapes to celebrate new year eve and as a farewell gift before our departure.

The reception staff was not helpful at all when we had problems finding parking at the property. Also, the announcement of parking on site is misleading as there are only very few places in the hotel parking and then you need to find something yourself on the street (sometimes pretty far too).

Poor

Hotel needs an extreme makeover

The view is great.

We did not enjoy our stay here at all. The furniture in the room hasn't been changed in decades and was very very used. There was an overall feeling of sadness. The towels were overused, yellowish and broken. The dishes were dirty. The shower was also broken and the small fridge made a huge noise. For as it was a total catastrophe. Because of the new year, we paid more than double the rate which made the disappointment ever greater.
