    Great location and very friendly team!
    Location was central to all the local restaurants/bar. Only a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Room/facilities was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely come back when we are back in San Sebastian

    Fabulous hotel in fabulous location.
    Reception staff amazing, friendly, helpful. Really enjoyed breakfast, pretty good value. View from room just the best.
    Would like tea/coffee making facilities in room.

    I highly recommend a stay at the Parma!
    Well situated in the heart of the old town, right on the water. Just one block from several historic churches and the Basque museum. Amazing atmosphere and restaurants in the area. The hotel has reserved parking in nearby public garage. You will be treated like family by the staff, who speak multiple languages. Self serve beverages in the lobby, which is a comfortable place to gather with friends in the evenings.

    Perfect for a short stay
    The location was excellent - old quarter one minutes walk away with plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars. The parking was close by (4 min walk) and well organised.
    The rooms were noisy as the soundproofing between rooms was poor. So take ear plugs then all ok!

    Wonderful stay, wish wed paid more for a sea view given the position!
    Location was perfect and lovely quiet hotel. Staff were extremely helpful.
    No view from our room but it was made clear from the booking.
