    The historic architecture was impressive and well preserved. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, close to the main tourist areas.
    There could have been some more gluten free breakfast options, but this was only a minor detail. The food was fresh and delicious.

    Helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Superb decor. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Will certainly return.
    The beautiful spa bath was a luxury, but very slippery. A grab handle or bath mat might prevent accidents.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location!
    The service was great and the location was perfect! Our experience was very good, but the bed and pillows were "so-so". We also appreciated having parking on site. Aside from that, we had a lovely time!

    Stay was short, but we enjoyed our visit to Toledo.
    Very clean, kind, helpful staff, parking also for a fee, near the river and the El Greco museum.
    Restaurant was closed on Monday, but staff directed us to a good one not too far away.

    It was nice atmosphere and good location. Shower was great with good pressure.
    They didnt put clean glasses at the drink counter in lobby.
