    Great option for a more luxurious stay in Zermatt
    Fantastic location close to the train station, perfect for walking and all activities. Fabulous room with great views and very relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast and excellent dinner in the evening in the restaurant. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Zermatt.
    Service at breakfast could have been a better, we were left waiting for quite a while before we could order, but no big deal really.

    Lovely family feel.
    Wonderful location and the view from our balcony was incredible. Highly recommend the wellness centre. Breakfast was wonderful!
    Our shower/bath has the previous visitors used soap left and was clearly not cleaned before we arrived but everything else was clean and comfortable.

    Loved our stay in Zermatt and would stay again...
    Excellent location just minutes from the train station, on the main street. Fabulous room with the best bed! Fire side drinks at night in the bar.
    Shower bath, quite slippery getting in & out.

    Perfect Hotel for Matterhorn visit
    Hotel Pollux is a lovely property tucked in next to Fuch's Bakery on the main road in Zermatt. The staff are very kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and reasonably priced. We couldn't have been more pleased.

    Nice, rooms, quiet, and great windows to open for fresh air.
    The reception was able to change my room when I realized I was in a loft room.
    The front desk was accomodating once I realized I booked a room with a loft (stairs to the bed). The website mentioned gallery but not realizing it was a loft.
