    The staff is really nice, rooms were cleaned every day, breakfast was good, positioning is great
    Please have in mind this is a preference, for me the beds and pillows were too soft. I really did not like the wifi policy which does not require a password but rather you registering with you email.

    It was fine, but for Rimini, decide if you want to be by the sea or by the historic area.
    Polo pretty much as advertised. Clean. Bathroom was sufficient. Bed was comfortable. Room furnishings were a bit worn, but all functional. OK for one night in a single room. But if more than one night, not sure Id like it as the room was small enough that as I had to open my suitcase in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and extensive; I liked the extended hours (7-12). My room had a small balcony; not sure every room does. Beach/sea walk across the street. Historic center about a 15 minute walk. Unmetered taxi from train station was 15 Euros and metered taxi (the hotel has to call for off season as there are not taxis just out driving around) was 11 Euros.

    Not a big deal, but one must ask the front desk agent to turn on the HVAC in the room, although once on, there is a thermostat in the room. An instruction label on the thermostat, i.e. ask at the front desk, would be useful (or at least a mention at check-in). Maybe it was just a cultural barrier, as I was wandering around the lobby area, the front desk agent rather curtly asked what are you looking for?. I am just exploring. No future interaction, but he did seem irritated that I was just looking around. These items did not take away from my review.

    We've stayed there before. The breakfast has always been good, and has now improved. Room cleaning excellent. Very well-positioned.
    The lift is poor. If you are waiting on the top floor (and have difficulty with stairs so you need it), it goes up and down many times serving people on lower floors before you're lucky enough for it to come for you.

    Staff were very helpful and efficient and able to assist in English. Good range of options for breakfast. Location very good for beach but a little distance from city centre.
    Room while comfortable was very small.

    I would return again!!
    The staff were great, we were greeted every morning for breakfast ..Breakfast provided a variety of items to have. With a large group eating around similar times the coffee machine would have a line but it was good coffee.
    First figuring how to operate the lights, so many switches and combinations needed to be figured out with not labelling. But not alot to complain about, good location, good service, nice staff and parking was offered.

    The location is really good. Breakfast was normal and till 12p.m Friendly Stuff
    1) it IS VERY noisy at night and in the morning in every room.You hear just all: when people going on the floor, when clining stuff clean other rooms, when people talk outside etc. Unreal to sleep more than till 5 a.m. 2) The hotel is old. All furniture is old 3) It is 4-Star Hotel, but the 0,5l water in the room costs 2 per Bottle
