    The restaurants were nice, bars were alright, the specific restaurants as in the asian and spanish ones were not as good as we were expecting, most of the food being served in the main restaurant anyway.
    The swimming pool was quite small for the ammount of people that were accomodated and also it lacked music and atmosphere. The entartaining around the swimming pool was also a bit poor.

    Loved this hotel!
    - The room was so spacious and modern looking. We stayed on the 7th floor, and we loved the view from the balcony. We could see the sea from the far sight - The food in the buffet was so tasty, and there were so many options of meat, pasta, salad, desert - The staff was super kind and friendly - the hotel offers free shuttle buses to playa del ingles - there were always activities going on in the swimming pool area. Shows, bingo, games, etc - The hotel offers complimentary restaurants: one serving Asian food and another one serving Spanish. We've been to the Asian restaurant and we definitely recommend it. - beverage stations with beer taps, juices, coffee, slushes, and fizzy drinks.

    If I could suggest, I'd change the size of the glasses to get fizzy drinks. They are so tiny and not practical to pour the beverages from the machine.

    Ruined by construction!
    The major construction work that started on day 3 of my 7 day holiday. The drilling noise, dusty debris falling around pool bar and entertainment area from workmen building above. My holiday was ruined. This was not a relaxing break

    The pia colada and the fruit puch were made of water with added flavors. A quality pia colada should be made with real coco milk and pineapple juice. A fruit punch should be made with pineapple and orange juice with grenadine siroop. Both of these drinks should not be water based.

    The food is top class. The staff are very helpful . Everywhere is clean , they cleaned the room every day
    I would like more equipnment in the Gym / when people close there room doors you hear the bang in your room. It can wake you up as all times of the night and early morning . Beds are hard
