Ideal location with everything you need

The staff were lovely and helpful, location was perfect for travelers arriving by train, restaurants were plentiful, and everything you need is right nearby. Would definitely stay again

We traveled in Rome Venice and Florence this was our least favorite hotel. Cant beat the location.

Beautiful convenient location.

We stayed on the 2 floor there was awful smell which they apparently attempt to cover with scented oil diffusers but it smelled like sewage.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room is not in the main building, which makes it inconvenient for us to climb up the stairs. The fitness center looks creepy as the lights keep turning off automatically.

The location is great and the staff are friendly.

They first gave us a room that wasnt cleaned and we got rashesh because of the unclean bed.we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night.in the second room also the towels were not as cleaned.
